Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Delivery / Product Manager to help lead the development of a unified, end-to-end portal for hotel owners and partners.

Today, the hotel development and ownership lifecycle involves numerous applications and disconnected systems. The goal of this initiative is to bring those systems together behind a single, seamless portal that gives owners and partners one place to manage their engagements throughout the hotel lifecycle.

This person will take a broad, end-to-end view of the ecosystem, understand how the applications interact, identify dependencies and integration opportunities, and partner with architecture, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to drive the solution from concept through delivery. The long-term vision includes incorporating AI-enabled capabilities into the experience.

This person will help drive the strategy and delivery of a unified platform supporting the hotel owner lifecycle, bringing currently disconnected systems, processes, and user touchpoints into one cohesive experience.

The platform will support activities across areas such as site selection, feasibility, planning and architecture, permitting, hotel development, and ongoing interactions between hotel owners, partners, corporate stakeholders, and third parties.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Understand the existing application ecosystem and how systems interact across the hotel development and ownership lifecycle

Partner with architects and engineers to define how applications should connect through APIs and other integration patterns

Identify technical dependencies, integration gaps, risks, and roadmap priorities

Translate owner and business needs into product requirements and technical deliverables

Coordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, UX, business, and other technology teams

Help shape an intuitive single-entry-point portal experience while managing the complexity of the systems operating behind it

Drive initiatives from requirements and design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and production

Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled services into the owner experience

Compensation:

$70/hr to $95/hr.
