Job Description
Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Vienna VA 22180 (On-site)
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio & Technology Manager to coordinate a portfolio of Marketing Operations and technology initiatives. This role connects business priorities with technology planning and delivery, helping teams prioritize demand, manage dependencies, establish ownership, and achieve measurable business outcomes across platforms and capabilities. The individual will provide portfolio-level planning, governance, and execution oversight across business, product, analytics, technology, and vendor teams. Responsibilities include maintaining an integrated roadmap, surfacing resource and delivery trade-offs, coordinating technology readiness, and giving leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and expected value. The role partners with accountable business and technical owners rather than replacing their decision authority. The ideal candidate combines portfolio discipline, technology fluency, and practical delivery leadership. They can translate complex technical topics into business implications, bring structure to ambiguous work, and align stakeholders around priorities, accountability, and sustainable operating models without being tied to a single platform or implementation.
