Technical Support Engineer

The Role

• Provide high-level IT infrastructure support and technical solutions across multiple sites within a regional area.

• Lead complex projects, resolve critical technical issues, and serve as the primary point of escalation for the team.

• Drive continuous improvement by automating manual tasks, developing internal tools, and auditing work quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement technology upgrades and facility launches.

• Mentor and train team members while fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

• 4+ years of experience in technical support and networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).

• 4+ years of experience supporting corporate Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.

• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).

• A current, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region.
