Technical Support Engineer

The Role

• Provide comprehensive IT support across a network of large-scale operational facilities, ensuring technical systems remain functional and efficient.

• Manage the allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical hardware and infrastructure to support daily operations.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members while contributing to continuous process improvements.

• Collaborate with both on-site and remote teams to resolve complex technical issues across multiple disciplines.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, or equivalent technical experience.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated computer systems within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
