What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver consultative sales presentations
• Develop and grow a portfolio of business customers
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals
• Build the foundation for future leadership and management responsibilities
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close business
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
• Ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Professional approach to customer relationships
