Trade Show Marketing Manager

Location: Fremont, CA (20% international travel required)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm; Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Compensation: $105,000 - $152,000 annually

Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Tradeshow Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of impactful marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence at industry trade shows and events. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership and sales teams to craft compelling trade show campaigns, develop memorable brand experiences, and generate high-quality leads. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's visibility in the market while advancing your marketing expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive trade show and event marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade show appearances, including booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and staffing.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to identify target audiences and customize event experiences that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as banners, brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored for industry events.
• Manage pre-event promotion, onsite branding, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts related to trade shows, including social media campaigns and digital advertising.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging event marketing opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade show and event marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in managing comprehensive trade show programs from planning through execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and event analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally 20% of the time

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience supporting a sales team or business development initiatives.
• Familiarity with trade show logistics, promotional campaigns, and industry networking strategies.
• Digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies or vendors.
