Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager

Lead complex corporate trust transactions across debt, securitization, and structured finance products.

Key Responsibilities

Structure, coordinate, and close corporate trust deals with a strong focus on accurate, complete documentation.
Manage deal onboarding, including administrative setup and coordination of required materials.
Oversee transaction mechanics such as cash flow waterfalls.
Perform ongoing covenant monitoring to support compliant performance over the life of the transaction.
Partner with clients, external counsel, and internal teams (risk, operations, technology) to ensure compliant execution.
Drive a collaborative, data-driven approach to transaction leadership and client coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong expertise in corporate trust, structured finance, securitization, and/or debt transactions.
Advanced risk management and covenant/monitoring experience.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation and operational requirements.
