About the Opportunity:

The TRANSPORTATION ADJUSTER-BILINGUAL role focuses on investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal auto and commercial transportation claims. This position handles claims of varying complexity, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely claim resolution. The role is essential to managing liability exposures related to transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate transportation-related claims including Collision, Cargo, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Commercial Liability.
• Negotiate and resolve claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage claims involving attorney representation and moderate litigation when applicable.
• Collaborate with clients, insured parties, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct independent coverage analysis and develop claim strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish (speaking and reading).
• Valid claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Experience managing bodily injury, commercial general liability, or transportation-related claims preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and related technologies.
• Active adjuster license(s).

Preferred:

• Experience with trucking claims, including DOT regulations and federal compliance.
• Exposure to high-exposure or litigated claims.
• Familiarity with cargo, environmental, or multi-party liability claims.
• Multi-state claims handling experience.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $70,000 - $83,500 per year.
