Position Details
- Location: Eureka, Kansas
- Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks
- Shift: Days, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Schedule: Rotating schedule; Sunday–Wednesday or Monday–Wednesday pattern
- Hours: 36/48-hour schedule
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- End Date: December 19, 2026
- Charting System: PointClickCare (PCC)
- Facility Census: Approximately 45 residents
- Active LPN license eligible for practice in Kansas
- Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- PointClickCare experience preferred
- IV certification preferred not required
