Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment with Upstream Rehabilitation in Logan, Utah.

This is an established outpatient environment with a busy orthopedic caseload and opportunities to work across two nearby clinics.

Clinical Details:

• Outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Typical caseload of 12–14 patients daily
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Floating between Logan and Logan South clinics
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Previous travel experience required
• New graduates and first-time travelers are not accepted
