About the Opportunity:

The TRAVEL SUPPORT SPECIALIST role is designed to manage and support clients throughout their entire travel process. This position is responsible for handling reservations, client communications, and ensuring the accuracy and satisfaction of travel arrangements. The role contributes to the organization by facilitating smooth travel experiences and maintaining client relationships through proactive service.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Research travel options and destinations according to client preferences
• Maintain accurate and organized records of bookings and client information
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service or travel industry experience is advantageous
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on deadlines
• Quick to learn new digital tools and booking platforms

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $40,000 - $50,000 per year
