Overview

The Trellix Email Threat Prevention Support Engineer at EIT Professionals Corp will be responsible for actively managing and mitigating email-related security threats. Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Trellix’s Email Threat Prevention products and services.
• Monitor and analyze email security incidents, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of email security solutions for clients.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on effective email security practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and contribute to security projects.
• Document and maintain records of support interactions and solutions provided.
• Stay abreast of emerging email threats and technologies, providing timely updates to clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in email security or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of email protocols, security standards, and best practices.
• Experience with Trellix Email Threat Prevention (or equivalent) systems is highly desirable.
• Certification(s) in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
