Job Overview

INA Solution is urgently seeking a qualified System Administrator to undertake a variety of administrative and technical tasks related to the management of our IT infrastructure. This role is remote and will focus on ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of our systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining network integrity, and providing support to both internal users and external clients, thereby playing a crucial role in sustaining our operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Install, configure, and maintain server systems, including operating systems and applications.
• Implement and manage security measures for systems and data.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide support to internal teams and end-users as needed.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new projects and technology upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with system security and data protection measures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and system automation tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are preferred.

Technologies & Tools
