U.S. Financial Specialist

Envicool provides energy-efficient cooling and thermal management solutions for data centers, energy storage systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.

Our U.S. team supports customers with their cooling needs. We are looking for a Junior Accountant based in Houston, Texas, to support daily accounting and tax compliance. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting for the U.S. subsidiary, including revenue, costs, and expenses.
2. Support accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on customer collections and vendor payments, and reconcile bank transactions.
3. Assist with month-end closing and financial statement preparation, and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
4. Work with the local U.S. CPA firm on tax filings and assist with routine communications, tax notices, and document submissions to U.S. tax authorities.
5. Provide financial support for the U.S. subsidiary’s daily operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping and financial statements, with a willingness to learn U.S. accounting and tax practices.
3. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with U.S. CPA firms and tax authorities on routine matters.
4. Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and good learning and communication skills.
5. U.S. accounting internship experience or progress toward the U.S. CPA qualification is a plus.
