VDC Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VDC Manager based in the United States, with opportunities in Henderson, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona.

The VDC Manager leads Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) planning and execution across assigned construction projects, from early pursuit and preconstruction through construction and final handover. This role ensures high-quality delivery of digital construction workflows, including model coordination, design review, visualization, reality capture, and field technology. You will guide VDC Engineers, coordinate with trade partners and design teams, and work closely with project leadership to resolve issues before they affect project outcomes. The position combines technical expertise, construction knowledge, team leadership, and client engagement. You will also help drive technology adoption, improve project delivery processes, and strengthen VDC standards across the organization.
