The Role

As Vice President, Business Insights & Analytics, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging analytics to identify business trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations. Success in this role requires exceptional executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect data to meaningful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with senior business stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data and analytics.
• Translating complex analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and business recommendations.
• Presenting and defending insights to executive audiences while influencing strategic decision-making.
• Advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, retention, succession planning, and performance initiatives.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes through analytics and insight generation.
• Collaborating with Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Science teams to enhance analytics capabilities and predictive insights.
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and serving as a strategic thought partner.
• Helping shape the future direction of analytics by demonstrating measurable business impact.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, insights, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional data storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience influencing decision-making in complex organizational environments.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights to business performance and organizational goals.
• Experience working within large, data-intensive organizations.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Financial services, consulting, professional services, or other enterprise experience preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
