This executive leadership opportunity is designed for an experienced business leader ready to shape the strategy, performance, and growth of a major maritime-focused government contracting portfolio. You will oversee a business area valued at more than $100 million, with responsibility for financial performance, program delivery, customer relationships, and long-term business development. Working closely with senior executives, government customers, and enterprise growth teams, you will drive sustainable expansion across established accounts and adjacent mission areas. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership to ensure mission-critical programs meet demanding performance and customer expectations. You will also build high-performing technical teams, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
