Our client, a well-established, multi-generational interior building products and home improvement business with nearly a century of history, is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing to drive strategic growth across its diverse commercial and retail divisions.
Reporting at the executive level, this pivotal role takes direct ownership of company-wide marketing strategies, lead generation, digital advertising transformation, and regional showroom operations. The position is responsible for achieving aggressive revenue targets, optimizing marketing spend, and executing footprint expansion within the kitchen and bath market. Ideal for an experienced leader, the role blends strategic brand management with hands-on oversight of marketing teams and multi-location showroom management.
