Role Description This is a full-time remote role. The position is responsible for supporting SFN’s holding company activities and the management of Jagonya Ayam Indonesia through day-to-day operational, analytical, and coordination tasks. Typical responsibilities may include collecting and analyzing data from poultry farming operations, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (such as farming, logistics, finance, and compliance). The role will also assist in documenting processes, tracking performance against key metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clear communication to support decision-making are central to this role.
Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in agribusiness, food production, or operations management within a vertically integrated environment.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data; proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and coordinating information across different business units or sites.
• Self-directed work style, reliability, and attention to detail in documenting processes and following up on action items.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn about poultry farming operations, supply chain, and relevant regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, operations, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in a holding company, portfolio management, or multi-entity environment is a plus.
