We are looking for experienced nursing professionals based in Maryland to join our team as Virtual Clinical Preceptors for BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) students.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified Registered Nurses who are passionate about nursing education and enjoy helping students strengthen their clinical knowledge, professional judgment, and nursing competencies through virtual mentorship.

The selected candidate will support BSN students through online clinical discussions, case-based learning, academic clinical guidance, and structured feedback.

Please note: This position is specifically for virtual precepting of BSN students. It does not involve in-person clinical supervision.

• Provide virtual clinical mentorship to BSN nursing students.
• Guide students through case-based nursing scenarios and patient-care discussions.
• Help students apply nursing theory to clinical decision-making.
• Support the development of patient assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Discuss evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety principles.
• Evaluate students' clinical reasoning and professional development.
• Provide constructive feedback on clinical competencies and communication.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Complete required student evaluations and documentation.
• Communicate with nursing faculty or the educational team when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout the learning process.

• Currently residing in Maryland, USA.
• Active, unrestricted Maryland RN license.
• BSN degree required; MSN or DNP preferred.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Strong understanding of nursing fundamentals, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and online clinical learning sessions.
• Reliable internet connection and access to video-conferencing platforms.

Previous experience as a nursing preceptor, clinical instructor, nurse educator, or mentor to nursing students is highly desirable.
