Virtual Primary Care Physician

The Virtual Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive, relationship-driven primary care through an innovative virtual-first healthcare model. Working within a multidisciplinary care team, the physician will collaborate with nurse practitioners, registered nurses, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to provide personalized, coordinated care. Beyond direct patient care, this role offers clinical leadership responsibilities, including provider mentorship, quality improvement, and the development of evidence-based care programs. The physician will help advance value-based care initiatives by improving patient outcomes, supporting population health management, and promoting appropriate healthcare utilization. Leveraging virtual technology and an extensive network of diagnostic, specialty, and community-based partners, the role addresses a broad range of acute, chronic, and preventive health needs.
