Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive engineering strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market demands.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization, promoting career development and a culture of innovation.
• Oversee the design and architecture of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Operations, and IT to deliver robust and reliable services to customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to maximize efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on engineering priorities and outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company competitive in the marketplace.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to the executive team on engineering performance, challenges, and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record in Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development practices.
• Proficient in infrastructure as code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
