This HVAC Warehouse/Driver role combines daily stockroom management, order staging, and safe local delivery of heating and cooling parts, tools, and heavy equipment to customer sites and branches.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated, and self-starting HVAC Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, splitting your time between managing inventory in our warehouse and delivering critical parts and equipment to our residential and commercial job sites.

Because our team moves fast, we need a proactive individual who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You must be able to anticipate operational needs, organize the warehouse independently during downtime, and ensure our customers have exactly what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Maintain order: Organize stock, pull equipment for upcoming jobs, and keep the warehouse clean and safe without constant supervision.
• Receive shipments: Unload delivery trucks, verify incoming orders against packing slips, and report any damages or discrepancies.
• Track inventory: Restock shelves, conduct regular cycle counts, and flag low inventory levels to management before items run out.
• Stage jobs: Review daily schedules to pull and stage the exact HVAC equipment, parts, and sheet metal required per order.

Driving & Delivery Logistics

• Transport equipment: Load, secure, and transport HVAC units, ductwork, and various parts safely to various local job sites.
• Verify deliveries: Double-check loaded materials against orders to ensure 100% accuracy before leaving the warehouse.
• Maintain the fleet: Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and keep company delivery vehicles clean and fueled.
• Represent the brand: Provide professional, polite, and helpful service when interacting with technicians, installers, clients, and vendors on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Physical Ability: Capable of frequent heavy lifting, bending, and working in varied outdoor weather conditions.
• Teammate: Able to work with the other warehouse team members for optimized efficiency and accuracy without jeopardizing safety
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
