Warehouse Associate

Trident Consulting is currently seeking a “Warehouse Associate” for one of our industry-leading clients.

Title: Warehouse Associate I

Location: East Syracuse, NY 13057- Onsite

Job Type: 12-Month Contract (W2)

Max Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse operations at our Onondaga Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly order picking.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify arrivals.
• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts.
• Assist with warehouse projects, including repacking.
• Load and unload bicycles at temporary storage locations.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle and/or Refgen systems.
