Company Description ShipSmart is a cross-border logistics and e-commerce enablement platform. We help Latin American and European brands sell in the US as if they were local: Merchant/Importer of Record, international shipping and fulfillment. Our Miami fulfillment center in Medley opened in 2026 and serves fashion and lifestyle brands.

Role Description You will be the first analyst on the warehouse floor — the person who runs the operation day to day and makes it better every week. You will work hands-on in receiving, picking, packing, returns and inventory, and use what you see to design processes, set KPIs and help implement our WMS. This is a builder role: what you create becomes the standard as we scale to more brands and more sites.:

What you will do

• Run and improve daily flows: receiving, put-away, pick/pack/ship, returns and cycle counts.
• Write and maintain SOPs, checklists and training for warehouse associates.
• Define and track KPIs: inventory accuracy, order cycle time, picking errors, units per hour, carrier SLA.
• Support WMS configuration, integrations (Shopify, TikTok Shop, carriers) and data quality.
• Propose layout and slotting changes; test, measure and roll out.
• Onboard new client brands: SKU setup, packaging rules, special requirements.
• Be the point of contact for carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and help resolve claims and exceptions.
• Build simple dashboards and reports for management and clients.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 0–3 years in a warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce, distribution center or operations role (internships count).
• Strong logical thinking: you break problems down and back decisions with data.
• LLM - Claude, OpenAI N8N.
• Comfortable on the floor: lifting up to 50 lb, standing and walking during the shift.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Curious about technology and automation; you enjoy fixing broken processes.
