WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Report to Warehouse Manager and work with General Manager

30 employees on team

Role: 7:30am- 5pm / M-F onsite

Required Experience:

• Work with commodities in recent jobs.
• Experience with a barcode system.
• Experience in distribution companies.
• 4+ years in a Leadership role
• Manage a team
• Hire or Term employees
• Worked with Senior Management.
• Warehouse improvements
• Strong Computer skills
• Work with FedEx and UPS and shipping systems in following shipping guidelines.
• US college degree

Desired Experience Request:

• Experience or understanding of chargebacks with retailers.
• Experience with contract negotiations with UPS & Fed Ex.
• Experience with E-commerce orders
• Experience with big box retailers.

Duties:

• Communicate and execute policy and processes for warehouse employees
• Cross train team in various roles
• Assist in implementing scanners for inventory processing
• Assist in ERP changes
• Reviews process for better improvements
• Assist in implementation of new technologies
• Work on cutting back on expenses
• Review invoices and follow process for Fed Ex and UPS
• Follow and implement all WH and company policies.
• Improve processes to get jobs out in a 3-day window
