Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assess and apply security patches and updates to Windows systems in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding system-related inquiries.
• Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date records of changes and updates.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Participate in capacity planning, system upgrades, and technology evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2016 and later).
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
