Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions in various math subjects, including but not limited to algebra, calculus, and statistics.
• Utilize interactive digital platforms to engage students and foster effective learning environments.
• Assess students' understanding and tailor instructional strategies to meet individual needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and refine educational materials and resources.
• Participate in training sessions for AI development to improve tutoring effectiveness using advanced technologies.
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics at the high school or college level.
