Rate : $64/hr on W2 & $70/hr on C2C

Detailed Job Description:

• Seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Workday HCM and related modules.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Finance modules.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, integrations, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Workday best practices, end to end business processes, troubleshooting, and implementation support projects is required.
• Experience with custom reports, XSLT transformations, and Workday Studio integrations is preferred.
