Job Description
Role:
Safety Coordinator responsible for ensuring safety and compliance across waste management and recycling sites.
Key Duties:
- Conduct safety inspections and lead incident investigations.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Organize safety training sessions and maintain related records.
- Collaborate with drivers, yard crews, and supervisors to identify and reduce risks.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and investigations.
- Organizational skills for maintaining accurate safety records.
