Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on system architecture, integrations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs and processes.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as necessary.
• Participate in project management activities including project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on ServiceNow technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Architect certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST, SOAP integrations, and web services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

Technologies & Tools

The successful candidates will work extensively with ServiceNow as the primary platform, leveraging various modules and features for optimal performance. Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, as well as integration tools and databases (like MySQL and PostgreSQL) will be essential.
