Job Responsibilities

• Design and architect Genesys Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Implement and configure Genesys Cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for applications and systems developed within the Genesys ecosystem.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Genesys solutions with existing infrastructures.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference and team training.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and enhancements within the Genesys platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in working with Genesys Cloud solutions (minimum of 3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party applications.

The Genesys Cloud Engineers will primarily work with Genesys Cloud, an advanced cloud-based customer experience solution.
