Can I file for unemployment at these offices?

These are American Job Centers, a network funded by the U.S. Department of Labor and run locally. Whether you can file or fix a claim there depends on the state. Here is what UI Minnesota says about filing:

"Apply online or by phone using the Applicant Self-Service System, in the same week you become unemployed or your hours are greatly reduced. Online applications are open Sunday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m."
