• Establish and enforce service level objectives (SLOs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Instrument and maintain logging and metrics systems to track performance and incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Ruby.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) is a plus.
