Our office receives inbound leads and calls from people who are actively looking for insurance. Your job is to understand what they need, explain their options, and help them put the right coverage in place.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This isn't a position where you're expected to figure everything out on your own. We provide training, a team environment, and opportunities to speak with people who are already looking for insurance. You'll learn our process, develop your sales skills, and become more knowledgeable about the products you represent. As you improve, your earning potential grows with you.
For someone who is ambitious, coachable, and motivated by results, this can become much more than an entry-level sales job. It can be the start of a rewarding career.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate is competitive, confident and personable, goal-oriented, coachable, dependable, comfortable working with customers by phone, motivated by both personal achievement and team success, and interested in developing professionally.
Insurance licensing is required for the position. We provide paid licensing and training.
ABOUT OUR AGENCY
