Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse provides exceptional bedside care for hospitalized adult patients in a fast-paced acute medical unit.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop/maintain nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and therapies accurately and safely.
- Continuously monitor patient status and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based care.
- Support safe transitions by educating patients and families on care, expectations, and discharge processes.
