Agentic Testing Engineer(Mandarin)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with strong development capabilities. The ideal candidate will focus on building scalable automation solutions while evolving toward AI-driven agents and intelligent automation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and frameworks to improve engineering efficiency
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Develop scripts and services for test automation, data processing, and system operations
• Explore and implement AI-driven automation solutions (e.g., AI agents, LLM-based workflows)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve productivity
• Contribute to the evolution of automation infrastructure toward intelligent, self-improving systems

Basic Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, or Go)
• Master degree
• Solid experience in automation development (test automation, tools, or platform development)
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, and system fundamentals
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Good problem-solving skills and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based applications
• Understanding of automation infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps practices
• Experience building scalable systems or internal developer platforms
