Position Overview

HYBE Americas is seeking a highly organized and dependable Admin Assistant (Temp) to support the operations of a global music group. In this role, you’ll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, processing expenses, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks during a busy stretch for the group. This role sits in a fast-moving, creative, and highly confidential environment. It’s a great fit for someone who is proactive, stays calm when plans change, and wants hands-on experience supporting a global artist and the business behind it.

Duration: This is a temporary, full-time, remote position supporting our Artist Operations team through an upcoming period of high-volume releases, promotion, and touring for a global girl group. While the role has a defined duration, you’ll be fully embedded in the HYBE Americas culture, working alongside our team to keep the group’s day-to-day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expenses & Invoices: Process expenses, invoices, and approvals in Concur accurately and on time, working with Accounting as needed.
  • Team Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, and keep information flowing between the Artist Operations team and partners across management, A&R, marketing, creative, and the joint venture.
  • Records & Documentation: Keep trackers, schedules, contact lists, and digital files organized and up to date, and document processes so the team can find what they need quickly.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information about the artists, their schedules, and the business with discretion at all times.
  • Special Projects: Jump in on ad hoc requests and special projects as priorities shift.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with minimal supervision
  • Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • A flexible, positive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly when plans change and take feedback in stride
  • A proactive approach that anticipates needs before they come up
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and a willingness to pick up new tools, including AI tools
  • Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on artist schedules

It's a bonus if you have

  • Fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish
  • Familiarity with K-pop, global pop, or fan culture
  • Experience supporting artists, artist management, or touring teams
  • Experience creating simple decks and materials in Canva or Google Slides
