- Greet customers and assist with parking and luggage handling
- Issue tickets, process payments, and direct traffic for smooth and safe lot operations
- Coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure efficient transportation
- Perform basic facility and equipment checks, reporting issues promptly
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Attention to safety and detail in facility operations
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
