POSITION TITLE Application Engineer – Servo Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical support for servo and stepper motor products. Working closely with sales and product teams, you will help customers solve application challenges through product selection, setup, tuning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical inquiries, prepare proposals, and provide on-site support in collaboration with sales and product teams.
Assist with motor selection, wiring, setup, servo tuning, parameter configuration, and PLC programming.
Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Build and maintain demonstration units and provide technical support for sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Deliver product and technical training to customers, distributors, sales representatives, and engineers.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, and training reports.
Collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, and partner engineers to strengthen technical cooperation and support new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Ability to analyze sales and technical challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

SALARY USD65,000-68,000
