職務概要
サーボ・ステッピングモーターなどの製品に関する技術支援を担うアプリケーションエンジニアを募集します。営業・製品担当者と連携し、製品選定から設定、調整、トラブルシューティングまで、顧客の用途に応じた技術的な課題解決を支援するポジションです。
職務内容
- 営業・製品担当者と連携した技術問い合わせ対応、提案資料の作成、顧客先での技術支援
- モーター選定、配線、セットアップ、サーボチューニング、パラメーター設定、 PLC プログラミングの支援
- 製品の不具合診断、トラブルシューティング、故障解析・根本原因の調査支援
- 製品デモ機の製作・維持管理、営業プレゼンテーションおよび製品デモの技術支援
- 顧客、販売代理店、営業担当者、エンジニア向けの製品・技術トレーニング
- 技術資料、サービスレポート、研修報告書などの作成・管理
- 営業担当者、販売代理店、協業先エンジニアと連携した技術協力・新規ビジネス機会の創出支援
応募資格
- 工学または関連技術分野の学士号
- 営業上・技術上の課題を分析し、実用的な解決策を導き出す能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション・分析力
給与 USD65,000-68,000
