Sales & Business Development Leader

Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to drive profitable commercial and industrial growth within an assigned market.

Build and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Retain and grow existing customer relationships through value-focused engagement.
Manage major municipal and government opportunities end-to-end, including opportunity tracking and stakeholder coordination.
Partner with operations to ensure customer needs align with service capabilities and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve customer outcomes and support sustainable growth.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience leading sales efforts in commercial and industrial markets.
Strong ability to manage complex public-sector or government accounts and opportunities.
Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills for developing sales team performance.
Strategic thinking, relationship management, and excellent communication skills.
