The University of North Florida School of Nursing seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Assistant Director of Business Operations & Analytics, a 12-month tenure-track or tenured faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank.

Reporting to the Director, this role provides leadership for business operations, strategic planning, operational analytics, resource management, and organizational effectiveness. The Assistant Director will partner with faculty, program directors, staff, and university stakeholders to advance strategic priorities, optimize operations, and support a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading operational and business functions, overseeing budgets and resource utilization, developing executive dashboards and performance metrics, coordinating faculty workload and scheduling, managing strategic initiatives, and supporting accreditation and quality improvement efforts through data-informed decision-making.

Qualified candidates will possess an earned doctoral degree in nursing (DNP, PhD, or equivalent), eligibility for appointment as a tenure-track or tenured faculty member, and a current RN license or eligibility for Florida licensure. Experience in academic leadership, administration, operations, analytics, strategic planning, and project management is preferred.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative leadership team dedicated to advancing academic excellence, operational effectiveness, accreditation success, and student outcomes while maintaining a portfolio of teaching, scholarship, and service.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of nursing education through strategic leadership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
