Insurance Defense Attorney | Fully Remote – $165K

Location/Schedule: Fully remote. New York bar required.

Base Salary: $165K, plus a monthly bonus of $1,000–$1,500 and a year-end bonus. Total bonus up to $18,000.

Practice: New York general liability, premises, auto, and construction defense.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend New York general liability, premises, auto, and construction claims.
• Draft discovery, motions, and deposition outlines.
• Take and defend depositions as the file allows.
• Prepare matters for mediation and court conferences.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active New York bar.
• 1–4 years post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation — current Associate.
• Drafting experience on litigation files; a deposition taken is a plus.
