Associate Therapists (AMFTs & APCCs) | Santa Barbara

I'm excited to share that I'm expanding my private practice, Therapy with Alex G, in Santa Barbara and looking to welcome Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs)!

As I begin growing my practice, I'm hoping to create an environment where associates feel supported as they gain clinical experience, develop confidence in their work, and move toward licensure. Having gone through the associateship process myself, I know how valuable it can be to have a supervisor who is accessible, invested, and available for guidance along the way.

My practice works with children, teens, college students, and adults, with a focus on anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationships, and life transitions. I'm especially excited to support associates who are interested in gaining experience with a variety of clients and building a consistent caseload in private practice.

The position offers:

• W-2 employment with a 50/50 fee split
• Individual clinical supervision
• Flexible scheduling
• Client referrals and marketing support
• In-person office space in downtown Santa Barbara, with telehealth opportunities
• Ongoing clinical guidance and consultation
