Location/Schedule: Manhattan, NY. (Remote)

Base Salary: $140K–$200K, depending on experience.

Practice: Insurance defense, construction litigation, New York Labor Law and general liability.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Defend construction, Labor Law and general-liability claims.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages and risk transfer.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences, hearings and mediations.
• Communicate directly with insurers, corporate clients and claims professionals.

Requirements:

• Active New York Bar admission.
• At least three years of insurance-defense litigation experience.
• Construction, Labor Law and general-liability experience.
• Strong drafting, deposition and case-management skills.
• Stable employment history and strong academic credentials.
