What You Do Each Day

You meet with clients to walk through their benefits options, answer questions accurately and make sure the right coverage choices are recorded. Each appointment follows a consistent process: review what the client needs, explain available plans clearly and complete the required enrollment steps before the next meeting begins.

What You Bring

No prior insurance background is required. Strong listening habits, reliable follow-through and the ability to explain information in plain terms transfer directly into this role. Training covers product knowledge, enrollment procedures and how to handle common client questions from the start.
