Job Description

Bilingual Store Associate for a retail paint and coatings environment, supporting customers and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in English and another language.
Recommend paints, coatings, and related supplies based on customer needs.
Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer service requests.
Mix and tint paint using store procedures and equipment.
Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory/stock, and support store readiness.
Support order pick-up for both professional and retail customers.
Keep the work area clean and safe while following established safety practices.
Collaborate with teammates and participate in product learning and training.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity, inclusion, growth, and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bilingual communication capability (English and another language).
Customer-focused, with strong service and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail for accurate sales and paint mixing/tinting.
Ability to learn products and follow procedures.
