Pay Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Work Environment: Produce Cold Storage Warehouse

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Bilingual Stand-Up Forklift Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce facility. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong stand-up forklift experience who can supervise warehouse personnel, maintain productivity, coordinate daily operations, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and forklift operations
• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and store pallets of produce
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee productivity to meet operational goals
• Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and organization of warehouse products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
• Monitor product handling to prevent damage and maintain quality standards
• Train and support warehouse employees while addressing workflow issues
• Communicate effectively with management and warehouse personnel
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous stand-up forklift operating experience required
• Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Experience in produce distribution, food warehousing, or cold storage preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise employees and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Work in a refrigerated/cold storage warehouse environment
• Safely operate stand-up forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull within required weight limits
• Maintain safety and productivity standards at all times
