Atiba is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and document detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Design and implement effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure system functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis on issues and provide solutions or recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to the development and execution of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Participate in project planning and estimation efforts, providing insights based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing processes to enhance product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or quality assurance testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus.
